Job summary

The Industrialist Pittsburgh, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is seeking a courteous Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to guest needs to ensure a positive stay experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, basic data-entry ability, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. This is a part-time role with varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
