Job summary

The Industrialist Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and respond to inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or PMS experience is a plus; high school diploma preferred.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
