Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent for our Springfield, MO location. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their stay.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills to operate hotel systems. Flexibility for mornings/evenings/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel PMS.
• Experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions.
• Accurately collect payments and post charges.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with services and local information.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
