Residence Inn Boston Concord, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk and Night Audit teams with a focus on guest and associate satisfaction. The ideal candidate has prior Front Desk experience and a customer-first mindset to train and grow our team.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or hospitality experience required.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills highly valued.
• Ability to train and mentor front desk staff and night audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day Front Office operations to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising Front Office staff.
• Process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of local attractions to assist guests and maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Monitor budgets and payroll, review financial transactions for accuracy, and drive process improvements.
