Job summary

Residence Inn Boston Concord, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk and Night Audit teams with a focus on guest and associate satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has Front Desk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to train and grow associates while maintaining brand standards. This full-time role requires varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays at our Concord, MA location.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Brand experience highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with common computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Front Office operations and uphold Colwen Hotels standards.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising Front Office staff.
• Process check-in/check-out, verify billing, create reservations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local area and attractions to assist guests.
• Establish collaborative relationships with hotel management.
• Investigate and resolve guest service complaints promptly.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions.
• Coach Front Office team to manage occupancy and guest service effectively.
• Maintain strict key controls and safety/security standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor laws.
