Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a part-time Customer Service Dispatcher to join a client team in Irving, TX. You will support daily freight operations, assisting customers and partners by phone and email and monitoring delivery routes for on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in customer service, strong multitasking, calm communication, and a drive to resolve issues quickly. Shift is Mon-Sat, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, part-time.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center or similar environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
