The York General Foundation is hiring a part-time Foundation Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach in York, Nebraska. This role collaborates with York General staff to advance the mission of providing accessible healthcare to local communities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fundraising or nonprofit work, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a passion for community impact. Regular hours and meaningful, mission-driven work await.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in fundraising, development, non-profit leadership, or healthcare foundation work is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, non-profit management, marketing communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Foundation fundraising and development activities.
• Assist with donor stewardship, recognition, and relationship-building efforts.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and outreach initiatives.
• Plan and execute Foundation events and fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with departments and leaders throughout York General to support organizational priorities.
• Promote community awareness of the Foundation and communicate donor impact.
• Maintain donor records and reporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with Foundation financial tracking, event budgets, and fund documentation.
