Job summary

York General Foundation is seeking a Regular Part Time Foundation Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach that advance our mission of providing accessible healthcare to York and surrounding communities.

As a key part of the Foundation team, you will connect donors and organizational leaders, plan events, maintain donor records, and collaborate across departments to strengthen healthcare services for our region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fundraising, development, non-profit leadership, or healthcare foundation work.
• Bachelor's degree in business, non-profit management, marketing communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience with donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Foundation fundraising and development activities.
• Assist with donor stewardship, recognition, and relationship-building.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and outreach initiatives.
• Plan and execute Foundation events and fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with departments and leaders throughout York General to support organizational priorities.
• Promote community awareness of the Foundation and communicate donor impact.
• Maintain donor records and reporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with Foundation financial tracking, event budgets, and fund documentation.
