Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Forklift Driver to support outlet production and load/unload shipments. The role requires operating forklifts, moving merchandise, and maintaining inventory accuracy with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Hours are 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. across a six-day schedule, with a $16/hr pay rate. Candidates must be able to handle physical duties, follow procedures, and work with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Ability to maintain safety and quality standards while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment safely.
