Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver to support production and distribution across retail outlets and warehouse spaces.

You will operate a forklift and related equipment to move, store, and count merchandise, load/unload deliveries, and aid inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes safe, organized, and efficient operations across outlets, warehouses, and distribution areas, with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, read simple docs, and write basic notes.
• Good math skills for quantities, counts, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and documented.
• Pick and stage products for shipment or distribution.
• Move products between staging, storage, and outlets using powered equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
