Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Part-Time Forklift Driver to support inbound/outbound warehouse operations. You will operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, pick orders, and move pallets safely.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, maintaining records, stocking goods, and following OSHA/SDS safety standards. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
• Ability to complete basic math for inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas.
• Load/unload, stack, and stage products using forklift equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and inspect/record equipment safety.
• Assist with physical inventories and maintain inventory control.
