Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a dedicated Forklift Driver to support production and distribution across retail outlets and warehouse spaces in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to move, count, and stage merchandise, load and unload deliveries, and assist inventory accuracy daily.

Qualifications

Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
Familiarity with receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

Safely unload inbound shipments and transport products to storage areas.
Ensure shipments are accurate, documented, and undamaged; report variances.
Pull and prepare products for shipment or distribution.
Perform order picking and staging to meet operational standards.
Move products between staging, storage, and outlets using forklifts.
