Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Forklift Driver at our Greenwood outlet. The role supports outlet production, uses a forklift to move merchandise, loads/unloads trucks, and assists with inventory and order fulfillment.

Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sunday. The position pays $16 per hour and is based at 927 N Emerson Ave, Greenwood, IN 46143. A current forklift certification or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Ability to perform accurate inventory and report variances.
• Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
• Assist in loading/unloading and order picking with forklift, pallet jack, or double stacker.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and perform daily safety inspections on equipment.
