Job summary

Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of expeditor experience preferred, California Food Handler Card, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
• Must possess a California Food Handler Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from servers to the kitchen.
• Check dishes for accuracy, temperature, and presentation.
• Assist in final dish preparation and maintain fast service.
• Communicate customer complaints or modifications to cooks.
• Deliver orders and assist with delivering food to tables and bar when available.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and safety standards.
