Green Mill – St. Cloud, MN is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our busy FOH team. You’ll coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift and uphold our standards of hospitality.

In this part-time hourly role, you’ll manage staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting while promoting a positive culture. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of restaurant management or strong FOH leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
