Forest Hills Golf Club is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all Front of House operations at our private 18-hole club in Minnesota. You will maintain high service standards while controlling labor and beverage costs, and you will lead, train, and motivate the FOH team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• ServeSafe certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office, restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House operations.
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget.
• Lead team in delivering exceptional customer service.
