Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team and drive sales while opening/closing the store. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

You will help educate customers on cruelty-free products, ethical sourcing, and our handmade cosmetics, while maintaining visual standards and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching using StoreForce dashboard results to exceed goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and team growth.
• Promote DEIB and foster belonging within the team.
• Lead cash handling, opening/closing, and Visual Merchandising to keep the store inviting.
