Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Tucson is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will lead Sales Ambassadors, coach on product knowledge, and ensure a positive, productive work environment in a fast-paced skincare retail setting. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting the shop floor layout to meet goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver a world‑class customer experience and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in store and community events.
• Develop product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
