Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll coach a team of sales associates, lead brand education on skincare and ethical values, and ensure daily operations run smoothly, from opening to closing shifts, while maintaining a positive, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales and supervision.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based service and analyzing sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and improve customer experience on the shop floor using coaching and feedback.
• Lead customer demonstrations, observe consultations, and exceed daily sales goals.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical buying through events and engagement.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Ambassadors, promote DEIB, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure store operations from opening to closing are compliant and organized.
