Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Park City Center to guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, coaching peers, and maintaining store standards to ensure strong sales and brand integrity.

You will lead training, model product passion, and promote Lush values while working a flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: coach sales team using store metrics, adjust floor structure to meet goals, celebrate achievements.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations, exceed daily sales goals, foster a culture of excellence.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices, engage community, host events to drive traffic.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Team Involvement: train and coach peers, promote growth and seek feedback to improve skills.
