You will partner with store management to ensure operational excellence, train staff, maintain visuals, and reinforce Lush brand values including ethical sourcing and vegetarian, handmade cosmetics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor peers and ambassadors.
• Attention to cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using store metrics and adjusting floor layout to meet goals.
• Lead on delivering world-class customer experiences, including live product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers about Lush values and brand messaging in-store and during events.
• Develop product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on techniques and product knowledge to elevate performance.
