Job summary

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a part-time Floating Customer Service Representative at our South China and Brunswick, Maine branches. The role requires 20 hours per week, handling customer transactions with courtesy and accuracy while opening new accounts.

Training is provided and experience with cash is helpful. You will operate the customer service window, use frontline software, and look for cross-sell opportunities while maintaining our service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful for this role.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of basic to complex banking transactions at the customer service window.
• Open new accounts and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Navigate frontline software applications to assist customers.
• Provide basic knowledge of bank products to customers.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer partners as appropriate.
• Maintain high service standards per Brand Best Practices.
