Job summary

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Floating Customer Service Representative to support multiple branch locations. The role involves handling a wide range of banking transactions with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency, including opening new accounts.

On-the-job training is provided, and travel between branches is expected. Candidates should have customer service experience and a familiarity with Windows; experience in cash handling is helpful.

Qualifications

Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows are essential.
High School or better.
Experience with cash is helpful; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Process a variety of basic transactions for customers, with limited differences or errors.
Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
Navigate effectively through frontline software applications.
Basic understanding of bank products.
Learning to recognize the opportunity to cross-sell and make partner referrals.
Consistently meet established standards for providing the highest level of service as per Brand Best Practices.
