Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and any other necessary information; record and process all transactions according to regulations, procedures, and controls at any branch location assigned.
• Examine cash, checks, and other supporting documents to verify authenticity, identify potential fraud or suspicious activity, and to protect the Bank from financial/reputational loss; follow escalation procedures when encountering unusual or irregular transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily while adhering to branch-level controls; research discrepancies and report outages to the supervisor.
