Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and handles a wide variety of transactions.
• Balances transactions and cash; participates in branch settlement.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and bank policies.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services; makes referrals when appropriate.
• Settles and balances the ATM; performs clerical tasks and answer inquiries.
• Assists customers with account problems and performs file maintenance.
• May work at least 2 Saturdays per month and fill in at other offices.
• Performs related duties as needed.
