Job summary

CVS Health MinuteClinic is seeking a Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to support clinics in Chamblee and surrounding areas. The role offers 20-29 hours per week with every-other weekend coverage, and requires an active FNP license and 1+ year of NP experience in family or primary care.

Qualifications

1 year NP experience; family medicine or primary care preferred.
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
Open/close clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verify insurance and collect payment, maintain a clean environment.
Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
Discuss healthy lifestyle, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other clinicians for a comprehensive plan.
