Job summary

Southwest Airlines in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to greet Customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service. You’ll help check in travelers, answer questions, and ensure travel proceeds smoothly with a friendly, attentive attitude.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Part-Time employment with schedules determined by seniority-based bidding.
• New hires undergo 4-6 weeks of training; 8 hours per day over 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all Customers.
• Greet Customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service office to assist with check-in and questions.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized POS system, and assist with reservations and related concerns.
• Support Customers during delays or disruptions with patience and care.
