Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring for a Part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and stock in a fast-paced local store. You’ll start with onboarding and complete a short on-the-job training before choosing shifts based on business needs.

You must work at least two shifts a month, with some shifts at night and a pay premium for 10pm–6am and flexible shifts. We value reliability, teamwork, and customer focus; lift up to 50 lbs, and prior grocery/warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables, shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
