Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. Shifts are scheduled through the app, with at least one shift every two weeks and two shifts per month minimum, plus onboarding and a 4-hour training shift.

You will earn a market-competitive base pay with a $2/hour premium for 10pm-6am shifts and a $2/hour premium for Flex shifts picked up within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
