Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to join DashMart. You will pick and pack orders, handle inventory and spoilage, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

This role offers morning, day, evening, weekend shifts, with a two-shift-per-month minimum and onboarding training. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and focused on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and maintaining clean, efficient storage areas.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved and accurate.
