Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring a FLEX Security Officer in the Fort Worth area with openings to Irving or Dallas. This part-time, on-site role pays $19.00 per hour with second and third shift options. Duties include roving patrols of vehicles and foot patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent and valid Level II security license.
Must pass pre-employment screening (MVR, background and drug).
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of security experience.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Patrol and greet residents/guests; monitor access and CCTV as needed.
Manage guest/visitor access, log vehicles, and enforce policies.
Verify credentials and report safety or security concerns promptly.
Maintain logs and assist in protecting people and property.
