The officer monitors access, patrols, and responds to incidents, writes reports, and supports emergencies. Floater role requires adaptability to broader posts and varying schedules while maintaining professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• Starting pay is $17.00/hour.
• Flex officer schedule: Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00 and weekends 06:00–23:00.
• Monitor access points and patrol designated areas.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to buildings, facilities, or restricted areas.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols to ensure site safety.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or security incidents.
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures as directed by site management.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and provide support during crises.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or potential threats.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, radios, and alarm panels.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel when needed.
