Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and multitask with rotation across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly.
• Manage guest/visitor access and log vehicles.
• Verify credentials of individuals/vehicles and log visits.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to alarms or incidents.
• Patrol perimeter and enforce site policies and safety rules.
