Job summary

SLT is seeking motivated, welcoming individuals to join the W14 team as part-time, non-exempt staff. You will greet clients, provide exceptional service, share class information, and help ensure a seamless studio experience across front-desk and operations.

Responsibilities include running demos, tours, maintaining studio cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and supporting management with daily tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required and Mariana Tek experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide high-level client/customer service and hospitality.
• Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
• Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients.
• Complete studio tours with new clients.
• Support instructors to ensure smooth class experience and client check-in.
• Maintain knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
