Job summary

SLT (Strengthen - Lengthen - Tone) is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Team member in Short Hills, NJ. You will greet clients, provide hospitality, share class information, and support instructors to ensure a seamless studio experience.

Responsibilities include demonstrating Megaformer equipment, tours for new clients, and maintaining Mariana Tek system knowledge. Some lifting and physical tasks are required, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Mariana Tek software experience is a plus.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Superior customer service skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented outlook.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with team, clients, and management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients.
• Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
• Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients.
• Complete studio tours with new clients.
• Support SLT instructors to ensure smooth client check-in and class experience.
• Maintain complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
• Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Promptly respond to studio emails and notify Studio Manager if needed.
• Understand SLT product knowledge, policies, and procedures for retail operations.
• Complete basic Megaformer machine maintenance.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization between classes.
• Assist in retail inventory at month-end.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
• Perform other studio duties as needed.
