Bass Pro Shops in Pearl, MS is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to provide exceptional customer service at the gun counter and assist with firearms sales and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products, and help guide purchases in a compliant, safe manner.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years in retail, and being 21+ years old, with opportunities to grow as you stay current on products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer Service and Sales experience in Firearms
• GCA

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and make product recommendations
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter
• Replenish product on shelves and maintain pricing/signing
• Maintain product knowledge through training
• Follow all company policies and procedures
