Scheels in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Firearms Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming environment, assist customers, and process transactions while adhering to ATF regulations. You will help with firearm background checks, returns, and Gun Room duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months cashiering experience; must be 21+ for firearm processing and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to firearm compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Accurately scan items and ensure proper payment.
• Promote Scheels Visa and explain benefits.
• Process firearm background checks and handle returns/exchanges for firearm purchases.
• Follow ATF laws and guidelines; assist with Gun Room housekeeping.
