Job summary

Rock Island Auction Company (RIAC), the #1 firearms auction house in the world, is seeking a part-time Firearm Care Professional in Rock Island, IL. This on-site role runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend hours as needed.

You will unpack, move, handle and oil inventory, ensure weapons are unloaded, and maintain safety and accuracy in records while adhering to strict guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior inventory, material handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Cleans incoming and existing inventory with safety and respect.
• Unpacks inventory verifying unloaded status.
• Completes forms and logs per guidelines.
• Organizes and moves inventory as needed.
• Works overtime and auction weekends.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.
