Job summary

Rock Island Auction Company in Bedford, TX is seeking a reliable Auction Production Support to unpack, move, handle, and document inventory for consignment and to support on-site auctions.

This is a full-time, on-site role with hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, with overtime and weekend duties as needed; the facility is climate-controlled and offers advancement opportunities.

Experience with Form 4473 is preferred and a valid non-CDL driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Form 4473 highly preferred, but willing to train.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office) and office equipment.
• Ability to learn ATF regulatory compliance and internal safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) required
• Routinely moving and transporting up to 50 pounds and frequent movement/positioning.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, move, handle and document inventory for consignments.

Auction Production Support

Rock Island Auction Company(RIAC), the #1 firearms auction house in the world, is searching for professional and reliable Auction Production Support. This position is responsible for handling some of the most rare and unusual firearms, military and historic collectibles by unpacking, moving, handling, and documenting all inventory received for consignment, as well as supporting on-site auctions.

This is an onsite, non-exempt, full-time position with dedicated hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST at our Bedford, TX facility, with overtime and weekend hours, as needed.

• Experience in firearms industry, or equivalent knowledge of firearms highly preferred.
• Prior work experience with supply chain management, inventory, material handling, or other related fields are highly preferred.
