The role is part-time and requires a High School Diploma or GED and SERV Safe certification, with at least two years of professional food service experience; a culinary apprenticeship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meal preparation, service, and cleanup per dietary guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary, safe cooking area and proper equipment use.
• Ensure dining room presence for resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary vendors and adapt meals for residents.
• Provide a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Pre-preparation for meals and events as needed.
• Report equipment and supply needs to the Executive Chef.
• Dress in company uniform and be resident-ready at all times.
