Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook Associate to join our Culinary team. You will assist with sanitation and culinary preparation to support residents, associates, and guests to enjoy fine dining experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior food service experience is preferred. This full-time position offers benefits and on-demand pay options, with duties including cleaning, dishwashing, and food prep under the supervision of the Cook or Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in professional food service is preferred.
• Able to stand 75% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general kitchen sanitation, cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and garbage removal as assigned.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Maintain neat appearance of work areas and storage areas for equipment.
• Report any equipment or supply needs to the Cook or Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and follow cleaning and safety standards.
