Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Dining Room Server/Wait Staff to join our Culinary team. You will warmly greet residents, assist with seating, and deliver a high-quality dining experience in a watercrest-style setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room setup, serving meals, and ensuring proper garnishing and cleanliness. Prior upscale dining experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in a part-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in serving in an upscale dining environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate warmly and professionally with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with seating in the dining room.
• Greet residents when taking and serving meal selections.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and table settings.
• Clear tables during and after dining service.
• Reset tables after service and proper garbage removal.
• Perform side duties: napkin folding, stocking, and cleaning wait stations.
• Explain menu items and preparation methods to residents.
• Provide high level of customer service to promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
