Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field service, technical support, or maintenance experience.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Local candidate for Chicago area.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Accurate time tracking in hourly environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets, configuration checks, and minor component replacements.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance including inspections and basic adjustments.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in service management tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and site-specific requirements; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide basic status updates and participate in service coordination touchpoints when scheduled.
