The position is hourly and non-exempt, with duties including maintenance, installations, software and hardware upgrades, networking support, and spare parts management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1+ years of experience in field service or related roles.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
• Record time worked, tasks, and service outcomes in service management tools.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support as directed.
