Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Field-Based Referral Partner Manager to expand our referral network across a local territory. This part-time role (~20 hours/week) pays $20/hour plus performance incentives, with a logistics-supported schedule and a focus on face-to-face relationship building with pediatric practices and community partners.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable drivers who can document activities daily in HubSpot and maintain consistent weekday availability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned local territory.
• Consistent weekday availability and reporting.
• Ability to document activities in HubSpot on the same day.

Responsibilities

• Visit pediatric practices, FQHCs, hospitals and community partners.
• Introduce Backpack Healthcare and educate referral sources.
• Re-engage previous partners and reactivate relationships.
• Build face-to-face relationships with clinicians and staff.
• Represent Backpack at community events and outreach opportunities.
• Document visits in HubSpot on the same day.
• Submit a weekly activity plan and results report.
• Help grow a measurable referral pipeline.
