Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, focusing on product placement, inventory maintenance, and collaborative support with store teams. The role involves independent daily tasks, seasonal resets, and potential installations across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.

Expect a 15-20 hour work week with a variable schedule, paid training, and voluntary benefits. Availability around major holidays and some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to access and read documents
• Wi‑Fi access and internet availability
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays with possible weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and repositioning of card sections; two-week advance notice for remodels.
