Job summary

Hallmark is hiring a Field Merchandiser to work part-time in various retail locations. You will restock and organize Hallmark products, monitor inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. You may also assist with other products in the stores you service and collaborate with local store teams.

The role requires working a variable schedule with 7–10 hours per week on average. Training is provided, with voluntary benefits offered for part-time employees, and periodic pay increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Must have access to a Wi-Fi network and internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and department changes.
• Engage with store teams and customers to maintain displays and inventory.
• Coordinate with a network of merchandisers to support other territories.
