Hallmark is seeking an Installation Merchandiser Floater to partner with local store teams on new store installations, resets, and seasonal changes. Part-time hours typically range 2–10 per week, with a starting pay of $13.00–$15.00 per hour. Paid training is provided, and voluntary benefits may apply for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and reliable transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and merchandising tasks in Hallmark departments across retail stores.
• Install, dismantle, and set up fixtures and product displays; work with store teams and managers.
• Support seasonal changes, resets, and inventory tasks; participate in holiday busy periods.
