Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You’ll represent Hallmark in stores, showcase strong organization and time-management, and build retailer relationships.

This part-time role offers paid training, a rotating schedule averaging 10–15 hours per week, and eligibility for voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate a handheld device for merchandise tasks.
• Access to Wi-Fi and transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays within store locations.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets, installations, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and inventory levels.
