Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Part Time Female Specimen Collector in St. George, UT. This position requires observed collections of gender identified female patients and operates on Monday and Thursday 8:30am-9:30am and 5:00pm-6:00pm.

The role involves collecting urine and oral fluid specimens, preparing and shipping packages, and serving as the liaison between clinics and the laboratory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with basic smartphone and computer

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in medical settings preferred.
• Strong customer service experience and ability to interact with patients.
• Ability to navigate smartphone and computer systems confidently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, privacy and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens as scheduled.
• Process and package collections for shipping to the laboratory.
• Serve as liaison between clinics and the Millennium Health lab.
• Record patient information, physician order details, and lab data accurately.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the portal.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens when applicable.
• Drive between facilities as required.
